How to delete your customer account

A short guide describing how customers can delete their account via the mobile app

If you've created an account through a Hex mobile app and would like to delete your account and all associated data please follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your account on the relevant mobile app
  2. Navigate to the "Account" tab
  3. Navigate to the "My account info" page
  4. Click the "Delete account" button

All data associated with your account will be deleted immediately with no retention period.
